Josh Sterling, a native of Virginia Beach and a recent graduate of Virginia Tech, earned a degree in Commercial Real Estate with a minor in Property Management. He joined the Alliance in August as the organization’s first Real Estate Analyst. In this role he will work alongside localities, commercial real estate brokers, and other stakeholders to market and position the region’s sites and buildings for investment. He will also work to build a comprehensive real estate database as part of the Alliance’s Business Intelligence efforts.
