Katoen Natie Norfolk to Invest $61 Million to Expand Freight Distribution Center

Governor of Virginia, Ralph Northam announced today that Katoen Natie Norfolk Inc., a plastics and polymers warehousing and distribution company and subsidiary of Katoen Natie, will invest $61 million to expand its freight distribution center in the City of Norfolk Government. The company will add a 243,000-square-foot warehouse and rail facility to its operation which will create 35 new jobs. The Alliance assisted Katoen Natie with their decision to locate in Norfolk alongside Virginia Economic Development Partnership over ten years ago and we are thrilled to see their continued success in the region!
